Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes the product shipped is as per described.

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you.  In addition you will get shipping updates and as when necessary.

 

How can I return an item?

Use the the contact section of the website to inform us you wish to return an Item.  All returns must be done within 30 days unless it is a manufacture or warranty issue.  When we get you request we will issue a Return Authorisation number and information on the shipping process.

 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Normally any stock indicating “Out of Stock” will be re-stocked within 7-10 days. This may be via the warehouse in Europe or further a field.  You can continue to order and we will keep you informed on progression and delivery times.

 

Where can I ship my order?

We will deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland and can drop ship to anywhere in Europe.

 

If I order your products can you supply an installation service?

Yes for all products we can install the product for an additional fee.  On some products we may well insist on installing the product ourselves due to the added complexity that might be involved.

 

Do you provide a Maintenance service?

Yes we provide a complete maintenance service, whether it be testing Solar panels or batteries.  We advise that this should be carried out annually.

 

What if my product goes faulty?

We will respond to such a problem within 24hrs and attend site and carry out the necessary tests.  If the it appears the product is faulty and is still within warranty the unit will be replaced Free of Charge.
